Onsite badging
in Belgium.
Zero-queue, on-demand badge printing for events of any size in Belgium. Award-winning self check-in kiosks, PVC or paper badges, QR/RFID encoding, multi-language interface — over 1000 attendees per hour.
Overview
Why teams in Belgium choose OneTec for onsite badging belgium.
If your attendees queue for more than 5 minutes at the badge desk, your event has already started badly. We know — we've built onsite badging systems for over 20 years across Belgium, France, the Netherlands and beyond, and we've seen every failure mode there is. That's why OneTec's onsite badging in Belgium is built around one principle: the badge prints the moment the attendee arrives, and not a second later.
Our self check-in kiosks scan the attendee's confirmation QR code (received during online registration) and print a personalized PVC or paper badge in under 3 seconds. The badge carries your branding, the attendee's name and company, a unique QR/RFID code for access control and lead tracking, and any custom fields you need — meal preference, track allocation, language sticker.
When throughput is critical — international congresses, public exhibitions, multi-day fairs — we deploy multiple kiosk rows in parallel and we process well over 1000 attendees per hour. When you need human warmth — VIP launches, private functions — we run assisted check-in desks with the same printers behind. Same speed. Same data. More smiles.

FAQ
Frequently asked.
How many badges can you print per hour?
A single kiosk processes around 200 attendees/hour. We typically deploy 4-8 kiosks in parallel, easily exceeding 1000 badges/hour. For very high throughput events (multi-thousand attendees in 30 minutes), we add assisted desks.
Can you do onsite badging anywhere in Belgium?
Yes — we ship from our Zaventem warehouse to anywhere in Belgium and we install on-site. Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège, Bruges, Namur, Charleroi — same-day delivery available for most locations.
Do you provide the lanyards too?
Yes. We supply custom-branded lanyards (printed or sublimated) sized to match your badge format. Lanyards can be branded with your sponsor logos.
What happens if the network fails during the event?
Each kiosk has a local cache of the full attendee list. Check-ins continue offline and sync automatically when the network is restored. This has saved more events than we can count.
Can the badge be reused for access control?
Absolutely. We encode each badge with a unique QR code and optionally an RFID/UHF chip. The same badge is used for door scanning, lead tracking by exhibitors, voting, and meal vouchers.
